Your office must have a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner.
If you want your cleaner to use specific sprays and cloths, you need to provide these too. Alternatively your cleaner can provide their own cloths and sprays for a small fee. -
Once we have all the details about your office, we'll work out how many hours the clean will take and then decide how many cleaners to send.
For small offices, you may only need one cleaner, while larger office spaces may require a team of cleaners.
However many cleaners we send, we'll make sure that the same highly-rated cleaners are sent to each of your cleans. -
You can give your cleaner spare keys so they can clean while your office is empty.
Just hand the keys to your cleaner and add the locking instructions to your online account.
We'll remove any identifying information from your keys and add a unique tracking code to them. This ensures that only your cleaners can identify the building that is accessed with your keys.
Alternatively you can let your cleaner in, or provide access via reception or a key safe. This is all managed on your client brief.
